Terms and Conditions
- The member hereby agrees on full compliance with the country’s applicable laws, regulations, executive orders, and other prudential guidelines from the concerned authorities, including AML/CTF Laws.
- The Member must immediately notify the Bulsho SACCO Limited in writing of any change in the details given on the customer information/ application form if any.
- Fill up a membership form complete with personal details, next of kin and list of nominees. Include a passport sized photo and a copy of ID.
- Membership fee is $10. This is a one-off payment (non-refundable).
- The member shall make monthly contributions as per the subscribed membership type product.
- Member’s deposits received by Bulsho Sacco Limited Shall be invested or financed in Sharia compliant Islamic modes in any manner that Bulsho SACCO Limited considers appropriate after approval of its Shariah Compliance Committee
- Zakat and taxes will be deducted as per applicable laws.
- Bulsho SACCO Limited shall Open other necessary accounts for its members.
- Any additions or amendments of these General terms and conditions made from time to time by Bulsho SACCO Limited of which notice has been to the Customer shall be binding upon the Customer as fully as if the same were contained in these terms and conditions.
- These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
